Therapy with me offers a space to explore the experiences that have shaped your story and discover ways to move forward with greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and authenticity. I have a special interest in working with late-diagnosed ADHD and autistic adults, particularly women who have spent years feeling misunderstood or unseen, as well as parents of neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ children.
My approach is affirming, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I offer trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally sensitive care that respects your faith, cultural background, identity, and lived experience. I integrate EMDR with attachment-based, psychodynamic, and narrative therapy to help you move beyond insight and address the roots of anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and overwhelm. I believe lasting healing begins when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re healing from trauma, moving through a difficult season, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your unique story.
