As a counselor, I embrace all walks of life, and view each story as valid and important. In no way do I have a specific mold I follow, or a mold I want a client to fit in. My process is fluid and dynamic, and it is critical that I have a collaborative relationship with each person I work with. I offer narrative, contemporary psychodynamic and gestalt perspectives. I am trained to work with trauma of all types and severity, anxiety, gender identity and affirmation, grief, and general life struggles. I'm here to be part of your support team and hold a light until you are empowered to hold it on your own.

As a supervisor, I specialize in a post structuralist approach that values your experience in the room. I will help guide you through countertransference, understanding clinical and ethical issues, learning your preferred theory, and working with diverse populations.

When not working, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, quilting, playing board and card games, and spending time with my family and friends.
