We are all shaped by our experiences, but we don’t have to be defined by them. You have the power to write your own story and shed the expectations, pressure, and judgement others have pushed on you. I believe that healing comes from authenticity — becoming “more you,” through exploration, acceptance, and expression. Together, we can explore new ways of being and make sense of who you’ve always been inside.

As a therapist, I am highly engaged and curious, with a passion for humanity shaped by my bachelors in anthropology. Working from a post-structuralist and narrative perspective, I prioritize connection, therapeutic relationship, and your own lived reality.

I’m drawn to themes of self-exploration, identity, sexuality and gender, neurodiversity and disability. I bringing my own experience as a queer and neurodivergent counselor and strive to create a space without judgement, where no topic is off the table.

Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time outside, whether that’s hiking, gardening, or simply existing!
